Purchased alpha *** pro series taillights, about 8 months ago. Already broke, they are made out of cheap material. Also, do not stand behind their products. refused to warranty a manufacturer defect. Do not do business with them.
poor/non customer service or tech support I have contacted them over 20 times though e-mail, phone and online chat and have only received one email stating tech support will get with me shortly. I purchased headlights and a few months later one is intermittently working I cannot drive the truck in fear of getting a traffic ticket. This company has been no help to me after spending over $800.00 for lights that only worked for a few months and are still under the 2 year warranty.
