I tried to make a reservation through the BBB. I received a response via email of a "Reservation" with an invoice. However, despite emailing and 2 voice messages to try to confirm and to ask why they did not quote the requested return trip, I receive no response. Nothing by email, nothing by phone. An example of very poor service.

Exceeded all my expectations! I ordered a car service for my brother and new wife for their wedding night and was more than pleased with the whole experience! The staff is incredible! I received numerous confirmations and a call to verify that everything was ready for the newlyweds that night! The car was clean, spotless really and the driver was beyond incredible! I’m so happy I chose this company!!
