Coming from a mama who has had her kid in three different daycares, this KinderCare is the daycare nightmare reprieve we’ve been desperate for. Ms. Haley and Ms. Jessy and the BEST and he is FINALLY happy to be at school. Every day we pick him up, he tells us how much fun he’s had. The teachers always give me a detailed update of how his day went, with stories of funny things he did with his friends. I can't say enough good things about this amazing place. All staff is amazing from day 1, they were so patient with my son and helped him adapt to this new environment even spoke his native language when he didn't understand. Ms Krista is incredible! Also Ms KC, Arlet are WONDERFUL

My kids have been attending since before the transition to Kindercare (previously Akers Academy- check out those awesome reviews ) and both of my kids are in the top percentage of “hard kids” to manage (and encourage to follow directions). The directors (Krista and Amanda) are still here and go out of their way to be accommodating to my very loud, outspoken, and stubborn ADHD children that often have frequent behavioral challenges. My children have gone here for years! However, the facility's customer service has been absolutely terrible since the acquisition from Kindercare. Story as old as time...a large corporation acquires locally owned daycare & now their goal is to drain every penny of disposable income from parents. NO LONGER work with parents and will hide behind "corporate policy". I'd recommend taking your kids to Carrington Academy, Discovery Pointe or Oak Grove Academy!
