I've never felt more disappointed or mistreated by a medical office in my life - and it's not because of the Dr, but because of the front desk girl, Jenny. She has consistently been rude, unprofessional, and extremely difficult to deal with. Appointments are changed without notice, and she falsely claims to have called to inform patients when, in fact, there's no record of attempt. This is the dirtiest clinic I have ever seen. There is dust everywhere. The examination equipment is also old. Shouldn't a clinic be clean and tidy? I don't understand. The examination fee is much higher than other clinics. It's just a random price. I won't go back again.

My husband and I both see Dr. Wu and absolutely love him. We also love his wife Jenni, who is such a wonderful person, always friendly and remembers details about your family and life. They are such a knowledgable, hardworking, honest family, I would recommend them to anyone that lives in the area that is looking for an excellent Dr. that you can build a true relationship with and won't just rush you in and out like most big Dr.'s do.
