My washer lid lock was not working, which meant the machine wouldn't operate. When I called, the repairman asked in extremely bad English for details and I told him about the lid lock and the error code dL. He said he'd call back, and he did. He said he found out that dL means a door lock problem. I said I knew that. He said he might be able to reset it and he would come right by. Two hours later he arrived.
