Do not built your house with this builder. They're very dishonest. After you sign the contract with them they will put you through hell.
Review from approx. one year ago (see below): I'm a former neighbour of one of AlphaQ's construction sites. They started demolition next to me in July 2020 and did not complete construction until late 2022, which was for a single level house. We had multiple issues with this builder, which are too extensive to list. However, I will start mentioning some of these issues. Beware: My direct dealing with the Director of this company, Nam, has shown a lack of integrity. He omitted information during a sale and then broke our contract when I exposed him lying about it. I have evidence to prove this if they question this review.
