Bought a xmas tree here. The French speaking gentleman was super polite and helpful. We bought a nice frosted tree with 200 changing lights, white or color. They reserved one for us and had it ready at pickup and it is now up in our living room and it looks great!
Worst customer service ever! Anyone looking to work with them for their office needs LOOK ELSEWHERE! Their motto is "the customer is always wrong" even when it's in writing and they are wrong!
