I was contacted by a recruiter from this company. After a very positive conversation and sharing my profile with the recruiting manager, he sent me a confirmation email. After hearing nothing more, I sent a follow-up after 2 weeks. I received no further reply. It's not a problem if a profile doesn't fit, but a friendly rejection (with text modules, if you like) takes a few seconds. That was not a good experience.
