I was bIt hesitant to try hypnosis, since I had tried it years ago. But desperate I am to lose weight as I get older. Elena Mosaner is unlike others I’ve tried. The first session was a bit over an hour. We spoke a good 30+ minutes. Gave her a synopsis of my weight loss attempts, successes and failures.
