The service was excellent, all staff were supportive
Everything else was great except they didn’t keep the appointment time. This is my third time in this place with the same problem. I saw the GP 40 minutes after my appointment time. I had to cancel another appointment that I has scheduled somewhere else that was really important.
The way he was talking to us was like we came in wrong time as he was pretty much angry and shouting.
