the sale person sold their service to me as flash gutters on my one story house, but the person who came to perform the job really did nothing like "flash" the gutter, he went on top of roof without my permission, walked around the roof, said only back of the house has leaves in the gutter. But he didn't flash it, I did not see any leaves came out of down spouts nor on any where my lawn. Basically he did nothing to clean inside of the gutters. Needed an exterior bathroom vent cover replaced that was 25’ high. $150 for labor since I bought the materials needed. I felt it was a very fair price and the service was great! The contractor was very professional and not salesy. Showed him other jobs I can use help with and he proposed practical options. I look forward to using their services again. Update: Fabian came back to recaulk my master shower. Great attention to detail and very thorough.
Edit: Resolute responded and sent someone out to finish the work. Again the work was well done. Hired them for decal removal. They did a great job but forgot to remove decals from 3 panes. When they asked for payment I paid them promptly under the assurance they would send someone out to finish the job. No one ever came out. I tried to reach out multiple times with little to no response.
