Fantastic set of staff. Right from onboarding me as a patient to the check-in experience and most importantly the medical service provided by Dr. Anshul Agarwal was top notch. They actually care for their patients. They take their time explaining and going thru data and results. They don’t rush you or treat you as just another patient. Highly recommend them if you are looking for a great medical facility. Keep up the great work Dr. Agarwal and team.
Stay away from this clinic. I had been here for my annual check up and they heftly billed me for doc office visit which is the wrong code. I have been to other doctors in past for annual check up and was always covered for annual check up (same insurance for 4 years). On requesting the billing dept to revise the codes they refused. The billing dept for this clinic is 3rd party and the officials at the billing are very rude. The clinic takes no participation in getting the bill corrected. Never returning to this clinic.
My wife and I recently had our first visit with Dr. Agarwal at Alpha Health, and we were both very impressed. She is not only polite and welcoming but also highly competent and attentive. She took ample time to listen to our concerns and made us feel comfortable throughout the appointment. It’s refreshing to find a doctor who truly cares about her patients and ensures they receive the best care possible. We highly recommend Dr. Agarwal to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate physician!
Highly recommend Dr Agarwal and her staff for primary care needs. She takes her time, listens and works with the patient. Her staff is kind and helpful as well.
