Great work and great service. Had my business cards printed lightning fast.
Attempted to get this same product from Zippy’s and the customer service was just not that great, we got turned away initially due to a small water mark. So my coworker and I did some extensive research and found another similar pdf, without a watermark, and were turned away again from zippy’s simply because we were the same customer. Called Alpha graphics and explained the situation they not only were very enthusiastic, but were cheaper and faster than what we were quoted at zippys.
We have bought several things from Alpha graphics and they have been punctual and the results have been very good. We are very pleased and will continue to go to Alpha graphics.
The help I received at the front desk was very kind and exceeded my expectations. I appreciated the professional advice from the associate who helped me and his ability to execute the work I asked of him. My order was done quickly and the quality was excellent. I also thought the pricing was reasonable and affordable for my small business.
