I used to really like this place... but now they have gotten greedy and they won't serve an individual who needs a few copies made. It's just not worth it for them. Too bad. They lost my business today.

I was just on the phone with Christina trying to get a request continued from July due to an attachment accident. She was was absurdly rude with trying to help me out and proceeded to say “you don’t get any more seconds” after I asked her to give me one more second with trying to recite an email to me. I’ve been a customer with alpha since 2018 and I will never be back after this. Her actions were very disrespectful even if her intent was “joking” in a matter that is no joke to me even though the request is small………
