If I could give zero stars I would have. We called ahead of time and Brody said that they could laminate our item and he would make sure they could get it set up. He called me back about 20 mins later and said to come at 1:30. I drove over 40 mins to come and he said “oh sorry we couldn’t find a plug in for it”. It would have been great if he took the care to call us in the three hours between setting up the appointment and the appointment time to let us know they couldn’t do it. In this place it takes 1 week to print 100 business cards!
I printed a bunch of items here for my wedding, including invitations, images, and signs. They did a GREAT job! I was very impressed!
Terrible service! The attention of the reception girl is terrible! Rude! It does not help or provide information in a friendly way, he is a supremely arrogant person! I don't recommend it at all.
Great work on the truck/trailer decals & yard signs!
