I sent them info for an estimate three days ago and finally heard back today. I literally just need 100 black and white copies, 8.5 x 11" cheap printer paper. Basic. I just don't have a printer at home to do it myself. Anyway, finally heard back after those three days... $182!!! Are you kidding me? Almost $2 a page for a sheet of paper with some text?!?! I'm glad I decided to go with the other company two days ago when I hadn't heard back from here. Yikes.
This company is not reliable. I've been working in design since 2010 and I have seen this before: you call to get an estimate, they are excited to get started, and then they disappear. Go to ROSS, and don't waste your time with these guys!!! :)

I came in on Thursday and spoke with Zoe about getting some business cards made for work. She told me she’d have a quote ready by the end of the day or Friday morning. I didn’t hear back Friday morning, so I called around noon and spoke with someone (Bob or Bill, can’t remember), who reassured me he’d get some information and follow up with Zoe.
