Worse printing company ever. I used AlphaGraphics services for years. They never messed up anything. Being so happy with AlphaGraphics, I sent two of friends who were opening new business in February 2025, both friends were so disappointed with new branded company. AWFUL SERVICE. I’m a local artist and Cyndi made sure my art was scanned and printed on highly quality paper with perfect detail. Working with her was a dream come true. I highly recommend her for artists who want to sell their art prints, you will get a customized experience. I’d give her 10 stars if I could!
This is a personal story. I called the team at AlphaGrapics two days after my 13 year old lab passed. I had sent a file to WalXXX for printing and there was no detail. I called Alpha and asked them if they could do a set of high res pics of Koda "today". They accepted without a blink. And I can say the pics are great, down to Koda's grey hairs, tears all around. The team has my heart-felt gratitude and if can refer business to them I will! A+++ Thank you
Above and beyond does not capture what the team here did to print and deliver a book for a retirement party. The final product was flawless and they (literally) went out of their way to drop off the book at our office just in time for the event. They also provided invaluable design work with the cover and a few of the internal pages. Thanks again for the help.
