Each and every time I have asked this location to scan printed plans and drawings, they have completed the work promptly and professionally. The quality of their work is consistently excellent. The scanned images are clear, properly aligned, and free of skewing or distortion. Their attention to detail and quick turnaround make them my go-to choice for large-format scanning services.
I ordered flyers and specifically requested full 8.5”x11” page. What I was given is 6.5”x11”. They said that it is my fault for not seeing that comment in the proof email. I had spoken to their team once a day for 3 days discussing changes, not once did anyone mention anything about the size. They are supposed to be the experts, I am the customer. They said the file I sent was not editable..no one ever mentioned that to me during any conversation. I will not use them in the future.
