On a customer experience and support level, AlphaFit, and in particular Natasha, is fantastic. You can’t put a price on how valuable that support, along with the advice and knowledge she brings to the table is. We used an Alphafit competitor in our first two Snap Fitness gyms. When it came time to build our third, we were introduced to Natasha. Initially, I planned to renew our contract with the existing supplier — they were nearly half the price of Alphafit. While we had experienced some issues with quality and service, I didn’t feel the added cost of Alphafit was justified at the time.
