I don’t usually write negative reviews, but this has been a genuinely frustrating and disappointing experience — especially given the amount of money we’ve invested. We purchased a large amount of AlphaFit equipment for our physio clinic and performance gym in Queenstown, New Zealand. This included an outdoor rig, sled, and additional pieces. On a customer experience and support level, AlphaFit, and in particular Natasha, is fantastic. You can’t put a price on how valuable that support, along with the advice and knowledge she brings to the table is. We used an Alphafit competitor in our first two Snap Fitness gyms. When it came time to build our third, we were introduced to Natasha. Initially, I planned to renew our contract with the existing supplier — they were nearly half the price of Alphafit.
