This company is a total scam and nightmare. Whatever you do don't work with them! Nothing can ever be resolved and staff is very unhelpful after many phone calls and wasted time
It’s the worse bank I never seen in my life It’s been 9 months I am trying to get a transfert of my refund put on the wrong account and the interest are still running. Customer service and the managers are the worst Don’t make business with them
Alphaeon is the worst credit company I have ever dealt with. I have paid $700.00 every month for more than a year even though my required monthly payment is only $370.00. The minimum due over the past 13 months was $4800.00 and I paid more than $9000.00. So, how can you charge me a late fee in Sept 2024 and Feb 2025. Your customer service is horrible! This company is garbage and is dishonest! At the CDA ANAHEIM convention for 2024 the man running the booth told me that my husband could apply as the dentist and be able to use the credit card on himself for healthcare services and that you get a free Build-A-Bear when you sign up even though my husband is currently in between working at an office . SOOOO after my Husband CE class is over we come downstairs downstairs so he can apply and then we’re told he’s not allowed to get the bear for me by signing up because it’s only ... read more
