I GOT THE SAME MISINFORMATION AND WHEN I TRY TO FIX IT NO ONE CAN HELP. I WENT FROM $2,600 TO 1,080. AFTER THE PROMOTION IT JUMPED UP TO $2'400. NO WAY AM I TELLING PEOPLE TO USE THIS COMPANY. THEY DONT NOT EXPLAIN 30% INCURED INTEREST AT ALL.

I do not recommend Alphaeon as anyone’s credit complaint for medical expense! Alphaeon is scamming thousands of people with their interest scam, misleading promotional advertising. This company sneakily put promotional interest rate and charge you “deferred interest “ on that promotional amount! To take advantage of people at their most vulnerable times is just insane. Be careful and avoid taking loans here if possible. They are dishonest. They tell you that you have three years to gradually repay the loan, but in reality, you must repay it within one year — otherwise, you’ll be charged a huge penalty. Stay alert.

This company is a total scam and nightmare. Whatever you do don't work with them! Nothing can ever be resolved and staff is very unhelpful after many phone calls and wasted time
