I had a very bad experience with their sales team as they under valued my car. I initially thought they might right but 2 years later I learned they were wrong and tried to cheat me. I took my BMW 535i xdrive for an exchange, they under valued the car and suggested I get an extended warranty. They charged me for the evaluation and I paid for the extended warranty.
