Update to my original post. Carla, office manager at the Dover office, She is the one of the main reasons I keep coming back to this office. She is a great example of quality and professional customer service. Thank you Carla! 👍🏾. Also a special shout out to Diane at the Seaford office. Since moving here from Philly the service from this facility has been absolutely ridiculous. You can't get a live person on the phone. I started going to this place in October of 2025 and I have yet to have a bad experience. Karla at the front desk is always super kind to me and you can tell she loves her job, she helped me out with a last minute ESA letter for my landlord and I’m forever grateful for her fast work and generosity.
Alpha Care is the best! I LOVE MY DOCTOR AND THE REEPTIONIST AT THE DESK IS SO HELPFUL A BUILDING FULL OF LOVE AND KINDNEST JUST LIKE MY FAMILY !! THANKS MISS UNICE, KARLA, AND THE NEW LADY THAT CHECKS US IN. THANK ALPHA CARE!!
I'm trying to figure out how all these 5 star reviews were able to get in because for the past 2 weeks I've been calling as well as going on the website to try and make a simple new patient appointment for me and my family!! The back log is back logging like that?! OK then
I have been coming here an over and I love it here. Same Karla has been here she did a turn around. We love it! Over 9 years and it gets better
