These guy’s are a scam. Don’t use them. My wife is 20 weeks pregnant and they don’t have enough fetal cells in blood to conclude anything. $1,100 down the drain. Terrible.
Used this lab for a test kit. The kit came promptly in the mail and explained the process in detail. Customer service was great - I called probably an obnoxious number of times to make sure they received my test kit back and they were kind and helpful each time I spoke to them. Finally, the results of my test came back before the timeframe they gave to get results back, which was awesome as I was anxiously waiting for them.
Terrible customer service. It’s been 14 days and I haven’t received results.
Fast results
Been a few days since payment but they have yet to dispatch the test kit despite their policy to dispatch kits within a business day of payment. Tried to talk to their social media accounts which are still very active but i have received no reply from them. Also tried their customer service form and email; still no reply. They even offer same day mailing given how time-sensitive the problems their customers face are but i guess they really think otherwise.
