Larry was amazingly nice and very thorough. You can send him for repairs anytime.
Larry and Evan were promptly on time for installation. They were very knowledgeable on the tub, and made us aware of everything we needed to know. They worked continuously both days they were here, and cleaned the floors afterwards. Moved my plants back to their places. Very friendly and assured us that all we needed to do was give American Standard a call if we encounter any problems. 5 Stars!!
Alpha Baths did a fabulous job on installing my walk-in tub. I am out of Dublin OH. Setup was very easy on my end as the professionals did their job what intelligence Evan and Larry had to go above and beyond out of their way and with Doug giving me top notch quality one could say this was a perfect match! Highly recommend Alpha Baths to anyone also they are out of Columbus, OH so setup was very easy! Thanks again all of you wonderful job!
Larry came to Worthington, OH on such short notice for a service issue. He resolved the problem in a timely manner and explained to me the detail of the problem and solution! Happy to say Alpha Baths is a company that will not let you down, highly recommend these guys as they take pride in their work!
