this place is pretty cool. The coaches seem very knowledgeable and the training is pretty intense. Nice to find a gym geared more towards moving and feeling healthy, along with looking the part as well. The gym is pretty big with a huge strip of turf used for lots of sled pushing and the rest of the equipment is mostly barbells and dumbbells, but they also use some chains and bands and random strongman equipment. Def a place worth checking out if your an athlete or serious about fitness.
