Meagan and the entire team at Alpha are amazing. I just became established with this office after searching for an amazing provider like Crina. Everyone I have talked to until today has been so nice and helpful. I had a pap smear done over 2 months ago, they forgot to charge me for the service when I checked out. Up until today I was not notified I had a balance on my account, something that they should have called me about, sent me a letter in the mail—nothing. Everyone at Alpha Women’s Wellness was very nice and welcoming, but my overall experience has been extremely disappointing. I was started on new medication after my first visit with no follow-up, and I don’t feel like my health or concerns were truly cared for. The biggest issue was with a Myrisk cancer panel. I had my blood drawn and was told results would be ready in 7–10 days. Meagan Alpha is a life saver! Her treatment has brought my body back into balance! I am telling all my friends to book an appointment!
