I went to this store to pay my T-Mobile bill on 11/17. The man that was working assured me that the bill would post to my account in 2-24 hours. As of 11/28 my phone has been shut off and there is no payment of my bill posted to this account. Seems he lied to me !
He sent me on a wild goosechase at another location...They didnt know what they were doing. They are unprofessional and the store is totally unorganized! Do not go there. Go to a reputable Sprint dealer.
