Excellent job all around! The windows look and work great! Very happy to have gone with the triple pane option because I don't feel the cool air anymore coming across the glass. The noise-cancellation it created was better than expected. Very happy and will recommend again.

I hired Alpha after getting three estimates for renovating the windows on the first floor of my home. They came in at the same price as the third one and less than the first one, and I liked the windows and wanted to get them installed before it became cold out, so I gave the job to Alpha. BUYER BEWARE! you may hire and pay AlPHA windows BUT you will only see them at the sale and for payment pick up. They will send a sub contractor and will never come to supervise or inspect the work they are doing. When the job was completed and looked HORRIBLE the owner of Alpha refused to correct any of the problems. They told me " when the weather gets warm again the siding will FIX ITSELF!" The 10 year warranty they gave me doesn't cover if it "looks bad." Alpha will NOT honor their labor warranty. BUYER BEWARE>

Replaced our aluminum windows with triple pane vinyl windows. Given how cold the last couple of days have been, I'm surprised how much warmer the house has been in comparison to previous years. I wish I knew how much of a difference new windows would have made so that I would have changed them sooner. I told Alpha what my budget was and they helped work with me so that I can have the triple pane glass. I think that is making a big difference when compared to the older windows. I would use this company again.

Alpha replaced our windows recently. It's been really cold this winter so it was time to upgrade. The before and after was shocking. I couldn't believe how hard my thermostat was working just to keep my home subtly warm. Now it doesn't work as hard. I should note we replaced the old windows with new casement windows.

Alpha was really helpful with the damage from the big storm. After I processed my claim, the adjuster called their office and spoke with them, who made sure I was properly compensated in order to have my house restored properly.

Good place for quality windows – We had a good experience with Alpha's window division. The whole process took about four weeks from the day we had the salesman in our home, to the day the installation was completed. The new windows make a considerable difference in noise reduction and the installers made the capping the way I requested. I have already recommended Alpha to one of my neighbors.
