Bill is extremely knowledgeable as much as he is friendly. He took the time to show me the intricacies of our water system and was passionate about it. He was very responsive and encouraged me to reach out at any time to his 24/7 line if I needed anything or had any questions. I strongly recommend Bill and Alpha Water Systems to anyone in need!
Bill (Bob? sorry! Terrible with names!) was absolutely fantastic! Called up about a pressure switch problem, and instead of raking me over the coals and sending someone out for a few hundred bucks, he quickly explained to me what the problem was and how to fix it myself!
