I would not recommend using this company for your business. They over charge, and are slow to fix issues when there is a problem. I’m not sure if there has been a change in management but get it together!!! Do your research before settling with Alpha Video Surveillance…….

Regina with Alpha Security and her team were wonderful to work with when we upgraded our surveillance system in our development. They were knowledgeable, friendly and explained everything in ways we could all understand. Our board consists of people aged 40 to 82! That is not easy to do. Regina was always available, efficient and kept us informed of every step in getting the job done.The system they installed is fantastic and is easily manipulated to do what we need it to do. I am so happy we chose Alpha Security.
