I too am a loyal customer at Alpha Vet Hosp. Im sure going to a new place, especially during a stressful time, is difficult. Id give them another chance. Theyve always treated my pets with tenderness and professionalism.
The other review is completely inaccurate. I have been with Alpha for over 16 years. They have been extremely loyal compassionate and trustworthy. They may be more expensive then some other vets but I feel they are worth every penny. Dr. Rumetsch and her staff are so warm and loving, I never have to "fight" my animals to go. Please avoid at all costs! I am new to the area and had an emergency with my cat so I had to take him to the closest place with an open appointment. The vet seemed very inexperienced and afraid to touch my cat, let alone give him the shot that he needed. Given that this was an emergency situation, I didnt think twice about the bill. However, when I returned home, I realized that I was charged twice what I should have been charged.
