The team ar Alpha Vacations have been managing my STR condo for almost 4 years now. They do a wonderful job. The investment side is completely hands off. I am completely relived of any stress as I know Deep and his team are in complete control. The fees are low and the service is great. My family comes out at least once a year and when we arrive we are always impressed on the cleanliness and overall condition. If I could zero stars I would. I stayed at 2759 Lido Key Drive Kissimmee. The house was clean and that’s the only good thing I have to say about it. We stayed here over 4th of July weekend 2025.Listed as Magical Paradise well it’s not that at all. The jacuzzi didn’t work, two of the TV’s didn’t work, the game room is from the 70’s pool table isn’t level and the uno cards and electrical box covers that are being used to level it is a shame. Alpha Vacations were amazing the home was beautiful and my family will definitely be booking with them again!
Good location but unit had cockroaches, lizards, the tv did not work, and the fridge made a loud buzzing noise ever 30 minutes. For the price I would expect a bit more. Probably would not stay here again
The villa was spotless and very spacious. We loved it and it's our second time to rent this place because it's perfect! The pool was a perfect size and the location was only 20 minutes to Disney world! Alpha vacations were so good to deal with and stayed in touch throughout our stay and dealt with any queries I had. 5 star service! 5 star accommodation
