Do not rent from them. Their customer service if you do have issues which you will is awful and delayed. Their service office doesn’t even open until 9 AM! So if you are like everyone else and going to Disney every day you are long gone before you can talk to anyone or be there when they come by. We found cigarette butts in the disposal and had to empty out the trash can outside bc the resort would not accept loose items in the can. These items were left over from the previous renters.
