What's going on guys? You messed up my prescription. I can't pick it up because it's written incorrectly. You don't answer the phone or messages to your answering service. Please get back to me so I don't have to drive all the way down there.
This place is completely irresponsible with there patients I’m completely disgusted as they don’t care about you and give a number to contact them but when you call your on hold for 2:21 minutes just to be hung up on before you talk to anybody not to mention after seeing the doctor your medication isn’t filled because the doctor is so incompetent the pharmacy saying they can’t fill something that doesn’t make any sense please report this place..my friends experience has affected him in a horrible way do to this place shame o... read more
Dr. Louie is terrific but his staff especially those answering the phones are horrible I’ve worked in at and in been many medical offices this is by far the worst.
Dr. Louie is a good doctor and very knowledgeable.
