Rodney is always so supportive and the workouts are the best! There is something varied each time and you get a full body workout that incorporates strengths training and cardio for a full oxygenation for a metabolic cleanse! Alpha Uno Athletics is always a go to gem and gym in the community!!
Excellent place to grow as a strong individual. Every day is something different but it keeps us coming back stronger and more confident. Excellent people to surround yourself with. Alpha Uno is the place to be. The coaches are amazing and caring.
Today I had the opportunity to work with coach Zhangchi for crossfit, I enjoyed class very much. I have been struggling with my form since I got back from medical leave. Today coach Zhangchi shared some tips on how to do my push-ups with out putting to much weight on my arms but more on the chest. Would totally suggest to come and check it out.
