Had to drop into Alpha this morning as I got a flat tire! Guys fixed it for me within 20minutes - Always the best service and friendly staff and great price too! Highly recommend (Also a little waiting room with toys super handy with a little one in tow)
This team is exceptionally easy to work with. Top notch service. What a great team. They have to have exception leadership to make that happen.
On Friday afternoon Gary was travelling from Melbourne when his engine light came on in his car. He called the team & spoke with Jemima who was so friendly & helpful. She asked Gary to bring his car in to have Alex put the scanner on it to see what the problem was. Gary went in to the office was given a quote for his cars problems. Took our car in for new tyres and had a really great experience - they were able to fit us in earlier and it was greatly priced!! Definitely would recommend ☺️
