Fantastic service. If you need a call out, these guys are the go.
Had a major breakdown in car, and they really went out of there way to get vehicle back on road in a efficient time frame. Seemed to drop everything and fit the car in. As a company vehicle and needed every day. Congratulations to the staff and mechanics who did there best and big thank you to James Ashley and Alex.
Had a punctured tyre and needed to get it sorted by the morning. Jemima responded outside of hours within minutes and was so kind & helpful. I sent the team a video of a bubble in my tyre. They changed and sorted it so quickly for me and were so beautiful with my children. Alpha tyres never make me feel belittled for not knowing anything about cars, and always give me the best service possible. I feel so comfortable going in on my own, which I never do! Highly recommend the team at Alpha
