Scam artists at work. most of these reviews are fraudulent and created by store owner / employee. They will steal from you and damage your stuff if brought in for repair. Byer beware

Fast and effcient – Excellent service!! This company is authorized from LG and they came out quickly and fixed my LG flat screen in a trip. Very skilled and nice techs.

Great customer service! Our Sony TV had no picture one morning, and I looked online via Sony Help. Alpha Electronics immediately came out to the house, and fixed it on the spot. The cost of the in-house call + labor + parts came out to $255. All the other authorized Sony dealers would not come out earlier than 2 weeks, and they estimated their cost at $180 for just the call. The technician was pleasant and efficient. Our TV looks brand new with beautiful pictures/colors!

SCAM ARTISTS WHO WANT YOUR MONEY!! – This place should be shut down. Scam artists who have no integrity and want your money. I am also upset with Toshiba for doing business with a company like this. Don't believe ANYTHING they say.

HORRIBLE Customer Service!! DON'T GO HERE!! – Basically, I had a SONY LCD TV that needs repair and it's under warranty. I called them and asked if they can fix it. I told them that I bought the TV off eBay and asked if it was still okay. They said it was totally fine. All I had to do was send them the receipt and they will call me back. I got a call back and they told me that they cannot repair it for me. They gave me false hopes and disappointed me. I decided to call another repair location. Terrible Service! Do Not Go Here – On November 16th I went to Alpha TV to have them fix my TV. For the next two months they said they were waiting for parts. Finally, on January 11th, they admitted they did not have the equipment needed to fix my TV. They had never ordered any parts. They had lied to me for two months. They also rarely answer their phone.
