It was a pleasure doing business with Mark. I ordered a Leer truck bed cover but it arrived with scratches. Mark and his crew attempted to buff the scratches out but without success. However, Mark made it right by having the cover repainted. He was determined to make it right. As a courtesy for inconvenience he provided me with a few additional truck accessories at no cost. Don’t see that much these days! Highly recommend this business to anyone shopping for truck accessories.
The crew at Alpha Truck Outfitters really know their jobs. I had some “Super Springs” installed on my Silverado 4500 previously but the set received from the dealer were not correct. Mark was able to locate and order the correct set which was delivered within a week. The technician then installed the correct springs and brackets within 2 hours. Alpha Truck Outfitters was recommended by my dealership as they installed the spray-in bedliner in the truck prior to my purchase. Mark (the owner) and his team were great. Installed a BAKFlip MX4 bed cover on my new F150. Mark walked me through a few different options and service and installation were top notch. I will definitely be back to Alpha for any future truck needs.
