Purchased a Leer tri-fold. Great product. Scheduled an appointment for install. It was apparent they had not actually placed my appointment in the schedule. So, did a rush job on install. Not good. Basically, I had to reinstall the cover. Had to oversee getting the product registered for warranty. Needless to say, I was less than impressed. Hopefully for them, it was a one off...
They were wonderful!! I came in just for my windshield wipers and they were so kind. The receptionist was so sweet and easy to talk to. Definitely will be coming back!!
Highly recommend, they are really good at what they do, they are pretty fast at getting you in to get whatever service you want done. So if you need a stereo system, remote start or window tinting done go to Alpa Tint and see Steven.

Awful customer service brought my car in for car audio installation had a scheduled date and time didn’t hear from them until o called them said they didn’t start working on the car because it wouldn’t start even though I told them I had a different key to start the car then got off the phone under the impression of they were going to do it the next day wait all day no phone call got an answer told them who I was and Steven hung up on me and didn’t answer another call from me but the boy in his 20s answered me for his boss a... read more
