After months of their cameras and security system, I am very happy. I had a complaint about their customer service not getting back to me about permits, and Gabby reached out to rectify it. Thanks :)
Excelente servicio y muy profesionales. Instalé el sistema de cámaras y alarma con ellos y desde el primer momento me explicaron todo de manera clara. La instalación fue rápida, limpia y funcionando al 100%. Lo que más me gustó es que siempre estuvieron atentos an mis dudas, incluso después de la instalación. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

They came in and Gabby promised good service but i get ignored when trying to find out about permits from the city. Mind you this happened after they sent me a message asking if there was anything i needed. Dumbfounded when i saw they read the message and never got back with me. Definitely regret doing business with them! Save your money and go straight to ADT no subcontractors needed!! Update: she called and tried to rectify the problem which I appreciate. :)
