Terrible contact after they received my 20% deposit. Company phone number doesn’t work. Given a cellphone number from email message to call a representative that doesn’t even identify herself with the company. Zero professionalism. Asked representative for managers number. Called that number and no answer and messages were full. Also, no identification of the company. What business doesn’t have an active phone number!? Definitely learned my lesson to not go with the cheapest price!
Just wanted to share my experience with Alpha Structures. A few months back, I bought a metal building from them and I must say, I am extremely happy with the job the installers did for us. Not only that, but Alpha's customer service was top-notch! The entire process was super smooth and we got a fantastic deal. They were so attentive to our needs and patiently answered all our questions. With their help, we finally designed the perfect building for us and we absolutely love it!

From design to finish was 3/4 weeks! Sales was very helpful and the installation crew went above and beyond in some zero degree weather and accumulating snow fall! I got a 30x50x14” built in 16/18 hours on my ready site! I put it to use the very first day!
