Brad was outstanding. I’m an architect and have worked with many dozens of structural engineers and contractors before. I appreciated Brad’s thoroughness, his consideration of options, and his full knowledge of the issues I faced, given our location on very steep hillsides. Brad Nestler of Alpha Structural came to investigate a crack that another engineer had pointed out. I was worried that it was part of the foundation, and my house had burned a little in the Palisades Fire so I thought maybe the heat from the fire had caused it. Within minutes, Brad reassured me that the crack was not structural and would be easily repaired. He didn’t try to upsell me or even charge me for his time!!! I had a great experience with Steve Coletta from Alpha Structural. He came out to provide an estimate and was not only professional but also incredibly honest and transparent about the work needed. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly and never pressured me into unnecessary services. It’s refreshing to meet a contractor who genuinely cares about the customer’s best interest. Highly recommend!
Samuel really explained every detail in a way I could understand. I also felt he was being up front and honest . Since I have the opposite experience in the past.
Aaron was so thorough and knowledgeable. He spent a good amount of time inside and under my four unit apartment building and explained everything SO CLEARLY. I trusted his expertise and never felt like he was trying to scare me into buying their services. Very reputable and trustworthy. Highly recommend!
