We just had our entire foundation redone and our home underpinned with this company. You will hear from them non stop before the project especially as it comes to collecting all your payments, including multiple fees to the city - which don’t seem to be included in your initial quote. After a year of waiting on permits and paying all the fees, a few days before the start date we emailed asking what we needed to do to prepare and suddenly that eagerness to communicate was gone.
