These guys are EXTREMELY overpriced to the point of outright thievery. They quoted me $9,100 to do a simple seismic retrofit. The house is a simple pier and beam foundation with no cripple walls. The project consisted of installing about 40 URFP plates across about 140 linear feet. Then installing, about 60 A35 Simpson Ties. I had engaged Alpha for an outdoor work and bathroom projects. Team came for assessment but didn't follow up on estimate or any response after that. After pursuing over multiple calls, messages and emails; it's been three weeks and would no longer consider them for any project in future or advise anyone to do so.
Our living room and dining area felt outdated and cramped. The remodeling team updated the flooring, painted the walls, and installed new trim. Now the entire space looks open, modern, and welcoming.
From the initial call to final inspection, communication was excellent. They coordinated with my insurance adjuster and made the entire process stress-free. The new roof looks fantastic!
