I have been dealing with Alpha Strata for almost 4 years. I have always found them to be extremely helpful and always go the extra step or two to assist our committee. Their knowledge, integrity and accountability is something that is valued very highly by myself and our committee. It's a shame that other small businesses don't follow the same principles.

It is incumbent on Strata Managers to provide advice consistent with the Act, to be honest, fair and transparent. I have found that Gerard McMahon apparently does not practice these principles. For example, matters raised recently at our AGM by myself and others adverse to the Committee were not recorded in the minutes. Another example, voting was complete before the AGM, so any discussion could have no effect on the vote.
