Alpha was subcontracted by IBI Construction to install Caesarstone countertops in our kitchen before we moved in. The brand new, expensive countertops were ruined during or just after installation. No matter how much we clean, permanent visible swipe marks make the counters look filthy. Caesarstone US said they would replace the stone but IBI and Alpha have stopped communicating with us about installing it. So, thousands of dollars for material and labor down the drain. Consumer is screwed again!
Rick and his team at Alpha Stone Works are wonderful to work with. They recently installed new granite countertops in our kitchen and they look incredible! The whole process from start to finish was painless. Communication and customer service are top notch. They are very easy to work with. I can't recommend them highly enough.
