Norbert of Alpha Stone Designs Inc. was terrific in guiding us through the replacement of a defective Blanco composite sink that cracked after several years of normal residential, non-commercial use. (Alpha had done the original countertop/sink installation when we modernized our kitchen several years ago.) I would highly recommend ,Norbert one of the sales people is very helpful and directing you to products and working with you, the crew that cuts the stone do an excellent job matching up veining etc. The install crew and plumber are personable do good install work and cleanup. I will definitely use them in future projects.
Bill and his team did an outstanding job with replacing our kitchen counters. They were professional, courteous and a pleasure to deal with. Bill takes great pride in making sure all of his customers are totally satisfied. The work this team does is above and beyond what I have seen from their competition. This review if LONG overdue!!! Bill and his team have been my tile, stone company for close to 10 years. Bill is so honest and friendly and so easy to work with, he never rushes you into any decision. When my outdoor grill was delayed due to supply shortages, Bill held my order until I was ready, that was a huge help to us!! His team has always been easy and fun to work with.
