Since then we have constructed more than 12,000 buildings throughout the state, all engineered and built to withstand nature's forces. We specialize in post-frame (pole) buildings, but have plenty of experience with wood-framed ("stick frame") and metal-framed buildings as well.

Stay clear of this contractor. There are other metal post building contractors in King and Pierce County. We used this contractor to build a building on property. Paid them a very large money deposit before they would start. Four months later they had not even applied for a building permit. By the end of that year they had still not begun construction other than leveling and preparing the ground. They then asked us for more money before they would start building the structure.
