I have had the best experience at Alpha Sports Med in Newport. I had back pain and sciatic for years and I’ve felt so much better since seeing the team here. Especially osteo Oscar and chiro Nick, they’re great!

I am so well looked after by Nick for all my niggles and injuries. He is ready to share his vast knowledge and explains his views on the situation which allows me to understand my own body better. Nick is more than a chiro, he gives you 'homework' too! Which has allowed me to rehab at home and at the gym. This gives me the confidence to train around/through my injuries. Disha’s knowledge of manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) as well as hypermobility is amazing and her passion is infectious. After pregnancy and 3 ankle surgeries causing ongoing swelling and pain, MLD with Disha has given me so much freedom and quality of life back! It’s also so helpful to have access to both in person treatment in Newport as well as online support and clear communication and collaboration between my two practitioners Disha and Ashton as well as my other health care team :)
