Ordered product online and paid by paypal. Was then informed that the price had changed from $93 to $179 and that the product was not in stock and would take several months to obtain. I was asked for more money. I asked instead for a refund and was given a partial refund. Alpha Sports claim they withheld the paypal fees. They were also clearly annoyed that I even called them to follow up. Horrible business!
Super slow on processing and shipping my order. Had to contact them numerous times to find out when they are shipping my order. They will not contact you to let you know that your order has been put on back order. You have to contact them and they will just tell you it’ll ship out mid next month. Took 3 1/2 months to ship my part. Started getting attitude from them and then I finally get a shipping invoice. I recommend that you dig and mine your own part cause you will have it mined and made before they even ship it to you
