Honestly used to Work there n personally the bosses run it like the military so if ur a new guy or young be careful n a lot of hot heads there not saying all just the welder and his pet if u join them stay as rig hand n stay out of the shop n if u are listen to music n yall get my experience of what happened to me all because of music the bosses dont now what happened cuz they aint got time to now there employees.
