The staff and customer service were excellent. I was scheduled for my sleep study within days of engaging with them and had my report the day following my study. They were very easy to work with, and communicated well with me and my pulmonary doctor. Bottom line - they got the job done and done well.
6 months after my appointment, I'm sent a bill from a debt collector around a charge from Alpha Labs. When I reach out to the company, I get pushed off to a 3rd party billing company. The 3rd party billing company couldn't confirm what the charge from the debt collector was for. I'm currently sitting with a $450 bill for a single sleep study done in November that I already paid for and no one can tell me why.
Since I've gone here Brian has been nothing but helpful in helping me get situated w my at home sleep study and answering any questions I had. Had to come in again because I had to stay over night at facility and Lindsay was the best great experience overall and made everything very easy. Was quite nervous to stay somehwhere other than my own place but the sleep study room to stay overnight was comfortable and cozy and felt like I was at home. Definitely would recommend alpha to anyone that needs it .
Lindsay had always been the only constant Like many centers, they have a primary name and other names to avoid conflict of interest Each doctor refers to them as they deem necessary It’s a sleep study folks, facilities are clean and staffing (Lindsay) are good people. Need your report, have your doctors staff follow up
TWO FULL MONTHS after my sleep study I have not received the result by phone, text, or mail. It appears this business has changed names multiple times recently. Maybe a rip-off??? I have been unsuccessful in getting them on the phone??? I gave a single star but my rating is actually ZERO. IT WAS GOING BY NAME OF ALPHA SLEEP CENTER on 9/01/21 when I went there.
