Hard for the staff at this clinic to keep scheduled appointments or return phone calls. Phone calls were not answered after receiving the equipment, when told that if issues arose, we could call 24 hours a day.
Technician was nice and friendly. Study went well.No problems went pretty smooth.
I had never had a sleep study done before. I really didn't know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised when I went in. I guess I didn't expect that I would have an individual private room with a full-size bed and television. The bed was comfortable, the furnishings were pleasant, there was a wide variety of TV channels, and the staff was amazing! I felt very comfortable and would definitely recommend Alpha Sleep Labs! My experience with Alpha Sleep Labs was amazing and phynemenal!! Brandy and Bobbie we're so kind and so sweet about any and everything they did!! They are amazing at what they do even when dealing with rude other customers they just suck it up keep a smile on thier face and keeping working!!!
